In a move that has me absolutely spiraling (in the best way possible), it was announced today that The Lincoln Lawyer* has been renewed for Season 5. Yes, you read that right. *SEASON 5.

Here is the kicker: Season 4 hasn’t even dropped yet. It premieres on February 5th! We are getting a renewal before* the new season even airs. Do you know how rare that is for Netflix? The same streamer that cancels our favorite shows after a cliffhanger? (Still not over *Shadow and Bone, tbh).
Mickey Haller is Here to Stay 🌮
Honestly, this just proves that Manuel Garcia-Rulfo is the moment. He has completely owned the role of Mickey Haller, and clearly, the numbers are backing it up. The charm? The Lincoln? The eating tacos in the back seat while solving crimes? It’s cinema.

This early renewal is a massive vote of confidence. It means the execs have seen Season 4 and they know it’s a banger. They aren’t even waiting for the weekend binge numbers. They are locking this man down.
What Does This Mean for the Future?
It means we are eating good for years. We don’t have to stress-watch Season 4 wondering if it’s the end. We can just sit back, enjoy the ride, and watch Mickey win cases (and hopefully stay out of trouble, but let’s be real, that’s not happening).
